Rakı Balık explosion in Amasra for Bayram...;)

Best view...

Yeap... I went to Amasra for Bayram... My first time actually... We were welcomed by a couple (Nuşen hanım and her husband) from Amasra... They were the ones who rented their house to us... Pretty cheap, 100 TLs per night for all... up to 8 people can actually enjoy the clean not so great but good enough apartment...

As soon as we left our bags, we went straight to rakı-balık like we have never had rakı balık before... we found a small place by the sea with the nicest waiter I have ever met... He almost was calling a special guitar player for us but luckily the guy didn't answer his phone... Anyways, we had our rakı-balık (HAMSİ)... and it was amazing... we thought that nothing can top that... of course since it was our first day... we didn't know that we would keep on eating all the time... and each time enjoying it more and more... with the guilt going through our veins faster and faster... :)))

Yes, we ate a lot the next day too... gözleme for breakfast, HAMSİ for lunch and HAMSİ again for dinner... we weren't going to but the waiter insisted that they had the best hamsi in the town... well he was right... UNFORTUNATELY... :) The best hamsi guys... is in CANLI BALIK...



Best company II...



So basically... My Amasra visit was about eating, good company and enjoying the beautiful view... no need for more.. right? Il dolce far niente...;)) All I have left is the photos and the amazing sound of the sea... ENJOY...

PS: Amasra is one of the cheapest places for rakı-balık ;)))
